FLBM series M3000 type drawer cabinet is a new generation of modular and high reliability low-voltage switchgear developed by Fenglan Company on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology and aiming at different characteristics of domestic and foreign mainstream switchgear components, which is suitable for China's national conditions. Its structure is novel and reasonable, easy to operate, reliable performance, and can be compatible with mainstream low-voltage components in the market. The opening and closing cabinet conforms to the latest national standard GB/T7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage switch set" and the international standard IEC60943. M3000 is divided into incoming line cabinet, contact cabinet, power feed cabinet (PC), capacitor cabinet, motor control cabinet (MCC), etc. The maximum short-time tolerable current of the main bus of M3000 can reach 100KA/220KA. The bus room, function unit room and cable room of PC cabinet and MCC cabinet are separated from each other. Up to 36 1/ hour drawer units can be installed in a single MCC cabinet. Each cabinet can realize the combination assembly of extraction unit and fixed partition unit as required.

■ Distribution cabinet components size, compartment size, modular (modular unit M=50mm). Pull-out functional units are available in five standard sizes :4M units, 8M units, 1/4 units, and 1/2 units. The total height of functional unit compartments is 40M.
■ A mechanical interlock device is installed between the pull-out function unit (drawer) and the cabinet body. When it is in the working position, the drawer is locked and the switch can be operated safely. The drawer has four positions: working position, test position, extraction position and separation position.◆ The vertical busbar is installed in the insulation board, which can effectively strengthen the protection and insulation between phases.
◆ The components of the frame are C-shaped profiles with 25mm spaced modular holes. The connection is made of self-tapping screws, which can be assembled into various types of cabinets without special tools.
◆ Strong structure, flexible modular installation, maximum number of units can be installed and so on. Press 50mm for a module (M),25mm for the opening, two 25mm is a M, the internal installation is very convenient. Functional units occupy a range of 2000mm, and the maximum effective modulus is 40M.The drawer of the same specification has reliable interchangeability, once failure can be quickly replaced in the case of system power supply: minimize the downtime.
◆ The functional unit has a reliable mechanical interlock. When the switch is connected, the compartment door cannot be opened. Only when the switch is broken, the compartment door can be opened. And when the switch is closed, there are indicators.

Application and scope of application

It can be used for power distribution, motor control, reactive power compensation and so on with AC 50-60Hz, rated working voltage AC 380(40O), especially for power distribution and motor control with intelligent device The heart can communicate directly with the computer to realize remote communication, telemetry, remote control and other intelligent monitoring.
